At around 12:00 AM this morning, after coming back from a weekend down in WR, I finally registered for Gmail.

That’s right. I have a cell phone now….and itty bitty one at that.

I couldn’t fall asleep for quite a while this morning. How did this happen so fast?

I’m now one of millions of people who are basically OWNED by Google now.

No offense to Him, but I think that Google is comparable to God in a lot of ways.

1. Squeaky-Clean interface. No clutter, no frills, legal stain resistant.

2. Indexes everything that exists on the Internet, except for those which are guarded by the robot.txt (it’ll destroy those later: http://www.theonion.com/content/node/40076).

3. Basically owns the Open Source Revolutionary Movement.

Thus, is Google the corporate earthly incarnation of God?

No….it could be the ANTICHRIST!
