Found out what’s been happening with Mom since the last visit:

Bellsouth shut her Internet down, thanks to a billing dispute between them and some third-party billing company.

Directv is no longer on (thank you God!!!).

She no longer buys milk on an active basis.

…………….

Well, Directv is better off dead, anyway.

But the DSL? Oh hell no!

Just now, I switched out ISP to Earthlink (particularly because its based in Atlanta….I need a job with them). Also, to perk up this day a bit, I finally upgraded this LJ to a free account!

Well, this was a fine day, a fine day indeed.

I go back to school tomorrow.
