Here are a few things which I’ve learned about it:

1. Frames are good if done right.

2. The layout of a page has to be, well, *layed out* and readily accessible at all points.

3. Frames often tend to break URL linkage, which is bad.

4. Scrolling sucks. Real hard.

5. Less navigation, more access.
