We should’ve left this morning, but we didn’t have the money (plus, Mom has been bugging about the yard and mowing it), and now they’re having games all over Atlanta today, which would stymie any hope of getting through traffic without sacrificing much gas.
Fortunately, aunt Shirley promised Mom over the phone that she’ll replace the money that would have to be taken out of the money for books (at least $25 for one day) in order for us to get to AWA (plus gas). Unfortunately, that was in the afternoon, so we’ll most likely have to wait till tomorrow after church.
I went last year, but only on Saturday. This time, since we’ll be up there on Sunday, I’m expecting for things to wind down and be a little subdued.
Is that the case?
I can’t go. = Not going yesterday is bummer enough, but looks like I’ll have to pass this year up. First time in like 5-6 years I’ve missed it! 😦

Well, if the most likely scenario is to occur, then that’ll be two of us, or three (), or more, I dunno.
Don’t think much would be missed this year. Vic (from FMA) will be there again, as will Fred Perry (Gold Digger).

I was up there for Saturday only. My only reason for not staying for more days was lack of money and the parents didn’t want me there overnight.
