I’ve realized that Firefox is, by itself, the first great browser development platform because of being extendable and tweakable by its own merit, not depending upon the resources of the host operating system for its usage.
Oh, and I’ve found TiddlyWiki, which allows you to create your own wiki-on-a-stick (or even a blog or notepad), with server-side hosting being optional.
And I really need to sleep more….
