OK, so most of you all, I suppose, already know about climate change, global warming, and rising water levels (New Orleans, Venice, etc.). However, I would like to wonder: are there areas of the world or its oceans in which water levels are *receding* rather than rising?
Oh, and since 2000, there’s been a fifth ocean besides your favorite four.
hmm i wonder if we’ll soon be hearing more about it since there’s possible oil wealth.
